What is a Wonder box?

The Wonder Box is specially designed for children aged 3-5 to align with their hands-on learning abilities. The box includes high-quality handmade materials and creative inspiration to encourage interactive exploration. When will I receive my subscription boxes?

After placing your order, the first subscription box will be sent out within 3 working days. Subsequent boxes are sent out between the 15th and 25th of each month, and you can expect to receive your box in the second half of each month. If you have not received your box by the end of the month, please contact customer care for assistance. The starting month of your subscription depends on the date the first box is shipped. For example, if you purchase a subscription on September 30th and the first box is shipped on October 3rd, your subscription will be considered to start in October, and the second box will be sent in November.

When will I receive my single box or bundle order?

After placing your order, we will ship it out within 5 working days. Actual delivery times will depend on the delivery method chosen and the delivery location. Please see our shipping page for more information.

What payment options does Tinkerer accept?
